The pastry case at Rowhouse is enticing, with a colorful assortment of croissants, tarts, scones, danish, and more.
Croissant dough on the classic pain au
chocolat is buttery, fluffy, and has visible layers—always a good sign. It’s perfect with your favorite coffee or tea. The
fresh-baked biscuit breakfast sandwich
features a farm egg, house bacon, and
creamed spinach, which makes it slightly different than any I’ve had in recent
years. It’s a tasty combination and, for
brunch, it’s served with a side of home
fries, hence the higher price. The pizza is
not to be missed, and the breakfast pizza that left the biggest impression is the
farm egg and housemade sausage, which
includes sharp cheddar, fresh ricotta,
roasted tomato, and caramelized onion.
It’s perfect for sharing with a crowd. The
physical space is stunning; Rowhouse
boasts arguably the most incredible
recent renovation in a Buffalo restaurant.
A variety of casual and comfortable seating ares are available for breakfast, but
the brunch dining spaces are even cozier
and more inviting.
